AMANDA FARRELL

I studied at Portsmouth College of Art doing a Foundation in Art and then obtained a BA (hons) from Wolverhampton Polytechnic.

I’ve worked in the textile industry as a carpet designer and in the the outdoors industry. I have always painted, and since 2009 . . . more seriously.

I try to combine my love of the outdoors, when running & cycling with my love of colour.

My current work is landscape, inspired by the moorland runs I do with friends or with the dog. I learn something with every piece I produce as my work progresses. I love it!
